IT TROUBLESHOOTING TOOLS
		* Network Stability Test  (Press the green "Start" button on the website and watch for big red or black spikes)
		* Network Speed Test  (Minimum required: 30 mbps download & 3mbps upload.)
		* Click HERE To download TeamViewer for remote assistance.
		* Quick Troubleshooting Process:
			* Restart office PC using the "Restart Concord Computer icon on your desktop.
			* Restart your home computer.
			* Reset your home router and modem. (unplug for 30 seconds then plug them back in.)
			* If connection issue persist, call your ISP.
				
WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS
		* Microsoft Windows 10 or Windows 11 laptop or desktop computer in good working condition.
		* Active anti-virus software and firewall.
		* High speed internet access.
		* A secure, private and quiet place to work free of children and pets.
		
		* If you have an Apple computer you will need to download the Microsoft Remote Desktop application
		from the App Store before proceeding.
		* If you have a chromebook, some functionality may not work. You will need to download the
		Remote Desktop app from the Google App Store and congifure it.

CONNECTING TO YOUR OFFICE COMPUTER
		1. Click the button at the top of this page AFTER you have read all the instructions.
		2. Enter any part of your name (ex. John) in the search box and click the [Search] button.
		3. Click on the [Get file JBAxxx.rdp] button next to your name.
			* This will download a file you need to connect.
			* If your browser blocks the download or a bar appears at the bottom
			  you must click [Allow].
		4. Save the file to your computer's desktop.
		5. Navigate to your desktop and double-click the file.
			* Click [Accept] or [Connect] to any security warnings that may come up.
		6.Enter your username and password when prompted.
			* Username is your first initial and last name (John Smith = jsmith ; Greg Olsen = golsen).
			* Password is the same password you use to login to your work computer. 
		7. You will receive a phone call from 704-723-4200. Answer the call and when prompted,
			press any key on your phone, wait for the system to say thank you then hangup.
					
		* At this point, you should be logged in to your work computer.
