You will need to download the Remote Desktop app from the Google App Store and congifure it. IT can help with this process. |
1. Click the button at the top of this page AFTER you have read all the instructions. 2. Enter any part of your name (ex. John) in the search box and click the [Search] button. 3. Click on the [Get file JBAxxx.rdp] button next to your name. * This will download a file you need to connect. * If your browser blocks the download or a bar appears at the bottom you must click [Allow]. 4. Save the file to your computer's desktop. 5. Navigate to your desktop and double-click the file. * Click [Accept] or [Connect] to any security warnings that may come up. 6.Enter your username and password when prompted. * Username is your first initial and last name (John Smith = jsmith ; Greg Olsen = golsen). * Password is the same password you use to login to your work computer. 7. You will receive a phone call from 704-723-4200. Answer the call and when prompted, press any key on your phone, wait for the system to say thank you then hangup. * At this point, you should be logged in to your work computer. |
